09:45am – 10:00am: Back to the Restaurant, take a rest with a fruit juice or coffee with compliment at Hoi An garden restaurant.
10:00am – 11:30am: Start cooking class, presented and guided by professional chef.

09:00am: Driving to Tra Que vegetable village and walk through the market gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds years ago.
10:00am: Back to the restaurant, take a rest with a fruit juice or coffee with complement at Hoi An garden restaurant. Working together with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food.
