We celebrate local flavours and traditional recipes by sourcing ingredients from trusted local farmers, fishers, and producers. At the same time, we maintain a strict policy that no wildlife species are sourced, prepared, or served at our property. Through responsible sourcing, we aim to support local communities and agriculture while reducing pressure on native ecosystems and protecting vulnerable species.

Across our gardens and green spaces, we prioritise native and locally adapted plant species that are suited to Hoi An’s climate. These plants require fewer chemical inputs, are more resilient to local conditions, and help create natural habitats and food sources for birds, pollinators, and other beneficial insects.

From our guest amenities, including shampoo and hand soap, to our cleaning products and kitchen detergents, we use products made with 100% biodegradable ingredients, natural components and free of microplastics whenever possible.
